(1) Check the LCD module and product usage
Have been using the LCD module, pay attention to the perspective of the liquid crystal and product use, check the installation direction, you can find the perspective parameters in the drawings of the LCD module, so as to confirm.
(2) Need to be careful when using
When using gently, dropping or hitting with hard objects will cause the LCD screen to break or shatter, pay special attention to the corners.
(3) Be careful of scratches on the surface of the LCD module
As the LCD module surface has a layer of soft texture polarizer (suppression of reflective surface), should be careful not to scratch the surface, generally recommended in the LCD surface using transparent plastic material protection screen, try to wear finger cover operation.
(4) Should be stored in the specified temperature and humidity range
If the LCD module is stored below the specified temperature, the liquid crystal material will condense and the performance will deteriorate. If the LCD module is stored above the specified temperature, the molecular arrangement of the liquid crystal material will change to a liquid state and may not return to its original state. Higher than the temperature and humidity range will cause polarizer flaking or blistering. Therefore, LCD should be stored in the specified temperature range, except for LCDs that require -40 degrees as well as high temperature above 85 degrees to still work properly.
(5) Timely treatment of surface stains to keep clean
If the LCD module surface encounter drool or drip, should be immediately wiped to avoid color changes or stains after a long time. Use environment should try to avoid excessive moisture, water vapor will cause ITO electrode corrosion. When cleaning the surface of the LCD, it should be wiped gently with a cotton or soft cloth, still can not be removed, lightly dipped in alcohol and wipe.
(6) Use according to the manual
The drive of LCD module should follow the specified rated index to avoid malfunction and permanent damage. Applying DC voltage to the liquid crystal material will cause rapid deterioration of the liquid crystal material. To prevent excessive current from damaging the chip, ensure that the power supply is operated in accordance with the specifications.
