1. LCD display product inspection standards:
(1) Inspection Conditions:
① Environmental conditions set to (room temperature) 20℃ ~ 25℃, (room temperature) 65% ± 5% RH (humidity).
② Inspection lighting tools for 20W fluorescent lamps, 50cm above the workbench (product), visual inspection in the case of visual distance of 30cm or more.
(2) Inspection Standards:
Inspection is based on batch sampling inspection, sampling standard GB2828-93 shall prevail.
2. Commonly used terms in LCM liquid crystal module inspection:
(1) Black Dot and Black Line
① When powering up, display dark spots and dark line spots, liquid crystal drive voltage changes without major changes.
② When powering up, dark-colored linear spots are displayed, and large changes are produced when the liquid crystal drive voltage changes.
(2) White Spots
① Light-colored spots are displayed when power is applied, and there is no major change when the liquid crystal driving voltage changes.
② Light-colored spots are displayed when power is applied, and large changes occur when the LCD driving voltage changes.
(3) White Line
① Light-colored line spots are displayed when power is applied, and there is little change when the LCD driving voltage changes.
② Light-colored line-like spots are displayed when power is applied, and large changes will occur when the LCD driving voltage changes.
(4) Blue Spot
Dark-colored spots appear when power is added and cause large changes when the LCD driver changes.
(5) Longitudinal Line (Vertical Line) Defects
The longitudinal line (generally the short axis) is not bright and light when power is applied.
(6) Horizontal Line Defects
When power is applied, the horizontal line (generally the long axis) is not bright and light.
